RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY / CONVEYANCER COLCHESTER, ESSEX £35,000 - £50,000 QED Legal are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner or a Residential Property Solicitor, to join our well-respected client in Colchester, EssexWe are looking for someone with case handling skills to join their friendly and established residential team.
You will be expected to manage a full and varied caseload for roughly 1 to 3 years.The type of residential transactions you should have experience on are:
sales purchase leaseholds freeholds remortgages transfers of equity If you do not have experience on a couple of the above, we still welcome applications.
