Solicitor My reputable client is searching for a Solicitor (3 years + PQE) to join their Residential Conveyancing team in Winchester.
The right candidate will demonstrate high levels of accuracy, knowledge of the Firms and Departmental needs and procedures, ensure deadlines are met, enjoy working independently as well as part of a well-established team.
Key Attributes include: Managing a mixed caseload of residential sales, purchases and remortgages Dealing with matters from the initial estimate to post completion Technical competence Goodcommunication 1+years PQE Commitment to teamwork Dedication to excellent service You will be responsible for managing your own caseload, with the aim to become the Head of the Department in the near future so this is certainly a prolific opportunity to be had!
You will also be focussed on delivering the best possible outcomes for their clients and assisting the current Head of Department with his cases.
The initial salary will consist of between £44,000 - £52,000, dependent on experience and this will increase, based on length of service.
