Residential Conveyancer

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of residential property sales, ensuring that transactions are handled efficiently and effectively from instruction through to post-completion.
You will play a vital role in the operations, maintaining a high standard of service while adhering to tight deadlines.
Salary: £30,000 +  Your main duties will include but not limited to: Oversee the conveyancing process for residential property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, third parties, customers, and colleagues via phone and written correspondence.
Provide expert guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless transaction management and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
