Residential Conveyancer

Job Description Sacco Mann are recruiting for a long-standing and well-known law firm based in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire.
This traditional firm have been established for over a century and have strong ties with the local community.
They are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, who can work independently, to join the busy Conveyancing team and work on a full residential conveyancing caseload.
\n \n Joining the department, you will be handling your own varied caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish.
Much of the work comes from repeat business and word of mouth referrals and include sales and purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, remortgage and equity release.
\n \n The firm are wanting to speak to those with strong residential conveyancing experience, who require no supervision.
Those who are qualified Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers are encouraged to apply.
