They are in Leicester, within easy reach of good train links.Responsibilities: You will demonstrate considerable experience in the below duties, but not limited to: Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters Sale and purchase Freehold, leasehold and unregistered land Re-mortgages New builds Shared ownership Help to buy Transfer of equity The Candidate Joining a busy, friendly team in Leicester, this is a fantastic opportunity for Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Conveyancers or Paralegals with a minimum of 1+ year's experience in a similar role, to utilise their skills within residential conveyancing.
You will handle a varied caseload and be able to work without supervision, handling around 80-100 cases:
