Exciting Opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor – Join a Leading Legal 500 Firm in Hereford Are you a talented conveyancer or solicitor looking to make your mark in a top Legal 150 firm?
Our client, based in central Hereford, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team on a hybrid basis, offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000.
Role Highlights: Manage your own diverse caseload, including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages of residential leasehold and freehold properties (registered, unregistered, new builds) Handle lease extensions and auction transactions Supervise junior fee earners and support staff Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and introducers Ensure compliance with all internal and external audits and follow firm policies and procedures Key Skills & Experience: Extensive experience in residential conveyancing, including complex transactions Knowledge of referral arrangements and compliance issues Familiarity with CQS and panel memberships Business development skills with proven experience in client relationship building Strong IT skills with an openness to system development for efficiency gains Package: Holiday: 26 days + Bank Holidays, plus an additional Christmas shutdown day Matched Pension Contribution: 4% Bupa Health Care Death in Service & Income Protection Mental Health Wellbeing Program Discounted Legal Fees Social Events & Charity Days Paid Parking If you're ready to bring your conveyancing expertise to a supportive and ambitious team in Hereford, we'd love to hear from you!
