Responsibilities include handling initial enquiries and providing quotations, overseeing client files from inception to completion (including post-completion), managing leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling.
What you'll need to succeed The ideal candidate will possess over three years of residential property experience, demonstrating proficiency in managing and progressing a caseload while offering pragmatic advice.
