Residential Conveyancer

A long-established law firm in north Surrey is recruiting a residential conveyancing fee-earner.
The work is a full range of residential conveyancing with a focus on local properties.
They have a strong administrative team, where each fee earner has a dedicated administrator.
Your caseload will include: - Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases - Re-mortgages - Help-to-buysThe ideal candidate must:  - Have 3+ years of experience managing a caseload independently  - Be able to manage client expectations well  - Be driven to provide high-quality work and service to clients   They will offer you: - Flexible working hours (ideal for those with a family) - Hybrid working (2 days working from home per week) - A generous bonus scheme- 25 days holiday - Dedicated administrative support   Additionally, this firm has a solid foundation of referrers therefore this is not a business development role but will require strong client relationship skills; plenty of work awaits.
