JOB TITLE: Residential Property Conveyancer Location: Bristol – Hybrid min 2 days in the office required.
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE Hours: Full Time THE FIRM:Reputable specialist law firm in Bristol are looking for an experience Residential Property Conveyancer to join their friendly expanding team.
JOB DETAILS:Residential Conveyancing Duties:* Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:* Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
* Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling* Business development through building relationships with Estate Agents, other introducers of work including knowledge of and involvement in local community networking.
* Other business development activities for the firm under the direction of the Head of Department or Marketing ManagerIdeal Applicants: * At least Two years PQE dealing with a varied caseload or experienced fee earner within residential property.
