Portico are on the lookout for an experienced Concierge to join our team at a high end residence in Knightsbridge.
You'll be situated in a multi-functional building offering 15 luxurious residential apartments, 2 floors of office working space and 8 street-facing retail units.
Situated in a magnificent and prestigious part of Belgravia surrounded by iconic places like Harrods, the Mandarin Oriental and Hyde Park.
The building has 3 different entrances with their respective receptions and one loading bay entrance located at the rear of the building, next to the control room.
As a Concierge, you will primarily: Manage contractors access to the building; welcome visitors; facilitate access of house staff into the resident apartments; report to, help and assist the building manager.
You have the chance to take ownership of the concierge desk by managing and facilitating all concierge requests, receive deliveries, manage security, and access controls, as well as administration duties when required.
You will be helping the client team, helping multiple residents within the building and a vast array of adhoc tasks.
Shift pattern: 12 hour shifts on a 4on/4off rotation basis between 11am-11pm Salary: £29,855 The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role, within a 5-star environment as well as a comprehensive knowledge of London.
