You will forge meaningful and positive relationships with the young people and their families and work closely with your team and all the other professionals involved in each young person's life.
You will work within the Therapeutic Model used within each home, and work alongside the company therapists to ensure each young person is able to thrive and make real change in their lives.

You: Must hold a current valid full driving licence.
Previous Residential Childcare experience is desirable (Not nursery/early years) Possessing a Level 3 in Children's and Young People's Workforce is desirable.  Be able to work on a shift/Rota basis An enhanced DBS certificate will be required upon appointment What We Offer: Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment Professional development and training opportunities.
