Deputy Manager - Childrens Home Pay Up to £42,000 (£20.19 per hour) Overnight sleep-ins also may be required (Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in) Working in a childrens homes means joining a community of homes all working towards the same goal creating the best outcomes for the children and young people we support by allowing them to flourish.

Based in the Nuneaton area.
Shift and Schedule Core Hours 7am-10pm 7 days a week cover is required.
Overnight sleep-ins also may be required (Paid at an additional rate £65 per sleep in) The Childrens home specialises in working with young people who display Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Requirements: A minimum of 3 years experience in children residential care or similar experience is necessary for this role.
A level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent would be essential for this role.
