Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer

KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.Job Title:  Residential Childcare Assessor / Trainer Location:  Home / Field based covering East Sussex and Kent Salary:  £30,000 - £37,000 + Excellent Bonus Scheme up to an additional £10,000 OTE (Depending on qualifications and experience) Package:  Excellent Benefits Package, Bonus, Pension, Expenses + much more Type:  Full Time, Permanent Essential Criteria: Hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
Ideally have experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Residential Childcare, at Level 4 or Level 5.
Must hold strong competency at Deputy Manager level or above, within a Residential Childcare setting.
Must hold a Level 3 in Residential Childcare as a minimum.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.
Duties include: Assessand support a caseload of learners working towards Residential Childcare Apprenticeships, at Level 4 or Level 5 (depending on competency).
Support learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to Level 2.
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely reviews and meetings are conducted.
