The residential children's service in Stirling is committed to providing a safe, stable and nurturing home setting for looked after children.
We are seeking Residential Childcare Workers to supplement our existing care team.
Experience working with children & young people is essential and an insight into adverse childhood experiences.
You will be committed to maintaining a positive, safe and nurturing environment for children and young people whilst working collaboratively with colleagues and other agencies.Applicants should be willing to work across the shift patterns which include day shift, twilight and night shift.The Benefits 30 days annual leave plus 7 public holidays (rising to 35 after 5 years continuous service)Flexible working including hybrid office/work from home arrangements.

Full UK driving licence required.Applicants must be registered with the SSSC (Residential Child Care) at appointment.
In return, you will be provided with regular supervision and training opportunities to enhance your existing skills.
