Main duties of the job Your focus as a Residential Care Manager will be to manage the group of Care Supervisors within the home ensuring that a high-quality delivery of personal care is delivered to the residents.
You will be an advocate for all residents, maintaining the best interest in all areas of the resident's wellbeing.
Other responsibilities will include coordinating the resident assessment process, ensuring that the planned care is accurate and reflected in each individual care plan, supporting, guiding, and developing their team members, and managing the process of ensuring that all equipment is stored, cleaned and stored appropriately after use.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the Safe Medication Management programme, with robust auditing procedures, and undertaking Quality Care Spot Checks reporting on the quality of care provided by the team.
