Resident Liaison Officer

Our client, based in Manchester , is currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer on a 4-month temporary contract.
The position is due to start on notice as a full-time role.
The hourly is negotiable based on experience for this position.
The ideal candidate will have experience with tenant liaison in a social housing environment.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Liaising with residents in the Manchester area to ensure works can be carried out Making appointments with tenants and acting as main point of contact for tenants Answering any tenant concerns and questions about the works that are to be performed Sorting access issues, letter drops and keeping on top of works to make sure projects progress smoothly Experience required: Tenant liaison experience Social housing environment Skills, knowledge and expertise required: Good communication skills Thorough organisational skills Rewards and Benefits: Phone & Laptop provided Opportunity for contract to be extended Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 Please note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.
