Resident Site Engineer – P&G, Skelmersdale Working rotating 8 hour shifts Monday to Friday (6-2 / 2-10 / 7-3) NO NIGHTS The Role – Resident Site Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer Electrical and mechanical breakdown and planned preventative maintenance on a variety of automated machinery, to include dock leveller, packaging machinery, chain and roller conveyors and cranes.
Prioritising system faults in line with the customers operation and requirements.
Always comply with Health & Safety legislation.
To always ensure quality of output and accurately record all work undertaken.
To always represent the company in a professional manner and maintain excellent customer relations.
To adhere to the Quality processes and procedures as set out by the company.
The Person – Resident Site Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer An Apprentice trained Maintenance Engineer with a good all round electrical and mechanical understanding.
Happy to work at heights.
This is a customer facing role, so you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Wiring regulations / Inspection and testing OR willing to study for these.
17th or 18th Edition is desirable.
