Fully comply with contractual obligations and the local site safety, quality and cultural requirements.
Ensure clients expectations are met and exceeded.
This person will be responsible for service response to the client's systems that are maintained by us.
These systems comprise of Milestone & Lenel, Traka Key Management, IP Intercoms, and other systems that we install.
This role is permanently site based to deliver to the high expectations of a client with a rapidly growing estate.
Responsibilities: To provide corrective maintenance to Large integrated security systems for access control, CCTV and intruder detection.
To provide proactive operational support to the site security team, to ensure integration of electronic and manned security measures, and, to provide continuous improvement to service levels.
To ensure all faults and routine maintenance functions are carried out to a high quality in line with standards, and in a timely manner in line with service level agreements.
Ensuring all service related matters are dealt with in accordance with the contract terms and conditions.
Disciplines include: CCTV Access Control Perimeter Intruder Detection Integrated Control Systems PC's and other computer platforms Electrical & Hydraulic Gates & Turnstiles (first line only) Security Lighting Qualifications/ Experience/Knowledge: Formal electrical / electronic qualifications preferred.
Experienced of installation, commissioning, or maintenance of integrated systems including CCTV, Access Control systems, Intruder, Perimeter and/or Fire.
Demonstrable basic electronics skills.
A willingness to work at height or in exposed locations as required IT skills - Excel, MS outlook.
