Resident Assistant Director

Chichester Festival Theatre is looking for a Resident Assistant Director to support us with two productions in Festival 2025.
Key responsibilities: Assisting on workshops Script-reading Attending Artistic Planning meetings Directing rehearsed readings Engagement with The Nest This opportunity will also provide a chance to gain a deeper understanding of the different departments that make up a theatre like CFT, as well as a chance to work and collaborate with our LEAP (Learning, Education and Participation), Development and Producing departments.
