As Reservation Agent you'll be a vital part of the Crowne Plaza London Gatwick Airport hotel's team, maximising revenue and occupancies.
This job involves ensuring exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests' needs are met by booking their rooms and answering their questions.
?Primary responsibilities include, answering incoming calls and emails regarding hotel room reservations within required standards, assisting guests with booking, modifying, and cancelling reservations and providing information on hotel facilities, accurately inputting guest data and effectively handling complaints.
Personal qualities Excellent communication skills (written and oral), to provide top-notch customer service while handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Highly Educated Previous experience of working within a hospitality environment Flexibility and planning skills Goal orientated and solution focused Able to lead by example in terms of living the values, customer service, and teamworking ensuring a positive and can-do attitude.
