The role We have a superb opportunity for a Reservationist to join the team.
As a Reservationist you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to book a room at the hotel or our popular Southbeach restaurant and first-class spa facilities.
You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and hassle-free booking process.
You will need amazing organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as the ability to prioritise work-loads and superb communication.
You will also need to be fluent in English and ideally have some experience in a similar role, however full training will be given and you will also be supported by the management team day-to-day.
