Belcan Workforce Solutions are seeking a Research Team Coordinator on a 12-month contract to join our client's Cyber Team in Newport, Wales.
This is an exciting opportunity to be working with leading experts to protect our client against an ever evolving cyber threat and be part of the corporate digital security officeThey are offering £20.00 per hour Umbrella.
Inside IR35.
The role is hybrid and will involve travelling to Europe when required for business meetings.Job SpecificationYou will join the Cyber Security Innovation team, reporting to the Head of Cyber Innovation.
The team belongs to the companies Corporate Digital Security Office, led by the Chief Digital Security Officer (CISO).You will undertakes a wide range of administrative and project support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the department, and will be accountable for activities in each of the following areas:Using Google Workspace and other software to produce and maintain correspondence, documents, records, spreadsheets and presentations;Devising and operating coordination and management systems to track team information and enable reporting;Collecting and maintaining team information such as staff activities, KeyPerformance Indicators (KPI) and project status;Producing periodic reports including budget, KPIs and management topics.Managing team consumable supplies;Managing procurement activities;Tracking purchasing, collection, shipping and spend.Connecting with other departments (e.g., Procurement, other Digital Security teams) on operational and collaborative topics, on behalf of the Head of Cyber Innovation;Providing assistance to the Head of Cyber Innovation;Managing diaries and appointments, facilitating meetings, to include people scheduling and room / facilities bookings;Organising travel, logistics and training courses for all team members; - Arranging both in-house and external events.Requirements/Skills/ExperienceProven administrative or assistant experienceKnowledge of office management and systems proceduresExcellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workAttention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and planning skillsProficiency in standard productivity toolsSuccessful applicants will be required to be security screened and obtain a Basic disclosure certificate on appointment.If you think this could be a new and exciting career opportunity for you and you would like to learn more or just for an initial, no-obligation conversation please contact me on 07732 694 243 or you can apply directly by following the Easy Apply link and I will contact you as soon as I receive your contact details.This vacancy is being advertised by Belcan
