This role is predominantly laboratorybased.
It may be possible to work from home up to one day per week as work permits.
The successful candidate will join the highly experienced and energetic nonregulatory LBA biomarker team.
Expect to be involved in the development optimisation and validation of ligand binding assays / immunoassays for biomarkers and gene therapy targets to support progression of novel drug candidates through various stages of discovery and development.
You will be encouraged to present your data at multidisciplinary project team meetings and to understand the underlying biology and therapeutic approach of the programmes you are supporting.
Transfer of methods to external partners may also be expected (traveling for this purpose is not anticipated although in exceptional circumstances may be required).
