They're looking for an experienced PM with a real passion for delivering results in a fast paced environment.
Their Ops team is at the heart of the business so this is a key hire for them.

THE ROLE: The Project Manager, will oversee complex research initiatives, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed to an exceptional standard.
The responsibilities will be as follows:
Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring milestones are achieved and outputs meet client expectations.
Manage resources effectively, balancing priorities across multiple projects.
Review and approve project deliverables for accuracy and quality.
Identify opportunities for improving processes, adopting innovative tools, and optimizing workflows.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategies with broader business goals.
Share industry knowledge and promote best practices across the team.
Mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project management capabilities.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Proven experience managing research projects in a professional setting, ideally involving data-driven outputs.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a track record of working effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
