Research Project Manager Reading Area Up to £36,000 A boutique tech research agency are looking for a Project Manager to join their fast growing team.

THE COMPANY This small company works with some of the biggest names in tech.
They deliver innovate research solutions focussed around the clients, and they're known for high quality data collection and reporting efficiency with their mixed methodology research.

THE ROLE This role sits within the Operations Team, the backbone of the company.
In this role, the successful candidate will:
Independently manage project schedules and resources, ensuring that deadlines and standards are met Drive initiatives aligned with team and company goals Improve efficiency by investigating and implementing new tools, services, and processes Develop marketing content and frameworks for specialized technical capabilities Mentor and upskill team members by providing guidance on best practices ABOUT YOU The ideal Research Manager will have:
Knowledge of best practices in market research Strong communication skills Accuracy and attention to detail Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Proactive deadline and workload management A Bachelor's degree (2:1) in a relevant field THE BENEFITS The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £36,000, as well as a bonus.
