As a Research Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and delivering Innovation research projects to address the client's widely varied business questions.
What will I be doing?Areas of ResponsibilityClient Focus: You'll be leading innovation research projects and managing client accounts Responsible for set-up, design, execution and delivery of projects (.
designing and implementing multiple methodologies, sampling designs, advanced analytics, workshops/debriefs Overseeing junior staff, ensuring high quality delivery and client servicing is maintained throughout Use your creativity to design innovative proposals, making effective use of Ipsos approaches and philosophy Actively develop business and to work across a wide range of traditional and newer technique Commercial Impact: Demonstrate commercial drive and understanding of the factors which contribute to business success Work closely with the Directors and Associate Directors in the team, contributing to delivering the strategic plan Financial Responsibility: Costing and pricing projects, controlling project budgets and contributing to client pitches Delivering profitable growth, you will be responsible for seeking opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve margins on every project we deliver Team Leadership and Coaching: Leading the team to confidently deliver stories, narratives and presentations focussed on insights from the data.
Provide direction, coaching and support to team members working closely with other RMs, ADs and Directors to manage resources/ workloads effectively.
We are looking for a Research Manager who has proven experience of working on quantitative projects, you'll be someone who thrives under pressure with excellent attention to detail and the ability to also take a step back and see the bigger picture.
You'll be someone who has a collaborative approach, working effectively as part of a teamIpsos UK offers a hybrid working environment, 3 days in the office and working the rest from home.
