About the role Our dedicated UK Communications research team is looking for a Fixed Term Contractor at Research Manager / Associate Director level (as cover for maternity leave) , ideally with expertise in communications research.
In this role, you will manage quantitative research projects, working with client-service teams and internal operational teams to deliver work within our sector-leading government communications development and evaluation offer.
Your responsibilities Manage and deliver multiple quantitative communications evaluation projects concurrently, ensuring efficient, profitable, high-quality delivery Design high-quality questionnaires and other research materials Lead reporting and deliver presentations for varied senior audiences Liaise with clients, project teams (project leads and executives), and operational teams Potential to plan and deliver qualitative research projects if you have mixed method expertise Your Profile Well-rounded quantitative researcher, with some experience of qualitative research a bonus Previous experience in a social or market research agency role Proven project management and research experience – strong project handling skills and an ability to deliver quality work to time and budget Interested in Government communications and behaviour change work – some experience in Government social research or advertising research would be ideal but is not required Able to respond quickly and work at pace to multi-task and get the job done, with strong time management skills Adept at generating insight deliverables – from summaries to full decks and reports Excellent attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills – preparing engaging, authoritative and insightful presentations and reports A real team player – interested in working with others to do great things and eager to learn from others in the team and support junior staff in their development journey Does this sound like you?
