Research & Insights Manager Salary | £45K-£50K Location | Central London We're looking for a Research and insights Manager who is passionate about the confluence of creativity, technology, and consumer insight.
This role is tailor-made for someone who believes in the power of research to fuel creative development and is excited by how AI is revolutionising the traditional research landscape.
In this role, you will work closely with diverse teams (FMCG, banking, music production, tech, creative/design agencies and management consultancies) to weave consumer insights into the fabric of marketing strategies , ensuring that every campaign resonates deeply with its intended audience.
By integrating their advanced insights platform into the creative process , you'll help break down the walls that traditionally siloed creative development from data-driven validation.
This not only speeds up the creative process but also infuses it with a level of precision and relevance that was previously unattainable.

It's essential that you are a hands-on research practitioner with robust data analysis skills (ideally both quant and qual methods - quant is essential!).
A strategic mindset and ability to translate research into actionable insights is the key!
You are a champion of synthesising data into impactful presentations and reports.
You've worked in market research for about 4-5 years now (RM equivalent from either research agency, insights department of media or integrated agency, insight team on a client-side etc.)
They're looking for a candidate who embodies resourcefulness , with a meticulous eye for detail , and the resilience to remain unfazed in high-pressure situations.
The startup is four years into its journey, with an ambitious plan to intensify their talent search and support structure next year.
Flexibility is key; three days in the office would be ideal, but they are open to accommodate at least two.
