Role Overview We're seeking a skilled R&D Technician for a year focusing on nuclease-based bacterial targeting systems.
Key Responsibilities Execute molecular cloning using Gibson Assembly Perform bacterial (E Coli)  transformations and culture maintenance Conduct flow cytometry analysis Maintain accurate laboratory records Support optimization of experimental protocols Required Skills BSc in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, or related field Hands-on experience with: Molecular cloning techniques Bacterial culture methods Flow cytometry Basic molecular biology and microbiology techniques Excellent documentation practices Strong attention to detail Desired Experience Experience with E.coli expression systems Knowledge of CRISPR/nuclease technologies Familiarity with fluorescence-based assays Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Molecular Biology, or related field Experience in Molecular Biology and Microbiology Analytical Skills and Laboratory Skills Research and Development (R&D) background Troubleshooting abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a team setting Location: Discovery Park, Sandwich, Kent
