The role of research consultant plays a pivotal part in our team structure and is extremely varied, with a high degree of autonomy around how you deliver on the goals you've been set.
The Role: Assist in the preparation of assignment briefs Assist in the preparation of adverts where appropriate Research and compile target company lists Research and compile name identification lists Source relevant candidates by utilising all available resources Conduct pre-screening telephone and/or MS Teams interviews Interview and assess relevant candidates and draw up shortlists Compile shortlist reports for Clients Keep the Client Team updated on assignment progress Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as required per assignment Review and manage advert applications You: Enjoys a challenge Happy to work on multiple projects and able to identify priorities Believes every question has an answer and every problem has a solution Comfortable using research technology (linkedin recruiter, etc) Values varied work and enjoys learning In return: Competitive salary 25 days' holiday + bank holidays Soon to be based at Bowcliffe Hall (yes, really.)
