The Role: Set up, plan and carry out rigorous tests on electro-mechanical high-tech products within the portfolio Document and report quality data to tight time frames, presenting across a variety of formats Support the generation of test data Continuous development of SOPs Act as a senior member of the team, supporting with training of new team members Customer support Process improvement Interface in a cross-disciplinary R&D environment with project and departmental leads About You: 3+ Years' experience working as a Technician in R&D, within a high-tech industry, with an electro-mechanical skill set Able to write technical test reports to a high standard Data-oriented mindset Analytical and methodical Problem solver Enjoys working in an R&D environment Great interpersonal skills Benefits: Salary of up to £32,500 - perhaps more if you tick all the boxes!
