What We're Looking For We're searching for an R&D Chemist who is an exceptional problem-solver and a visionary thinker, with:
A PhD (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
Significant experience in R&D, particularly in the chemical or additives industry.
Strong expertise in chemical synthesis techniques for polymers, coatings, or admixtures.
Proven ability to take new chemistries from concept to bench or pilot scale delivery.
