Research Analyst (M&A and PE) / Seasoned Investment Professional Overview A growing growth and private equity group looking to hire an investment professional with M&A and Private Equity expertise.
Job Description We are looking for a Seasoned Investment Professional with M&A and Private Equity expertise.
The candidate should have strong modelling, deal diligence and structuring expertise obtained at large corporate or in major growth or private equity firms.
Required skills include: • financial analysis and modelling, • synergy assessment, • earn-outs, • deal structuring and documentation, • operational integration and monitoring.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
The Ideal Candidate will have: • Must be available immediately.
• Must have a minimum of 3 to 4 years of M&A experience and 2+years Private Equity experience.
• The ability to articulate and debate opinions on potential investments.
• Proven track record of success in previous roles.
• An entrepreneurial temperament, be highly motivated and a self-starter.
• The right to work in the UK.
