The Role We are now tasked with sourcing a talented and driven Property Fee Earner to join our clients' flourishing, CQS accredited practice in Huntingdon.
Becoming part of a growing team of specialists, the successful Fee Earner will manage a full and varied caseload of Property matters, focusing on Residential Property matters or with a broader mix of work.
Acting for a broad client base, the ideal Fee Earner will handle matters to include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties;transfers of equity;development projects;lease extensions;landlord and tenantproperty finance.
Additional participation in business development activities, building client relationships to ensure the further growth and success of the firm will form an essential part of the role.
