You'll get to deliver on reprographics services to a variety of clients.
Join a great team at Aspire Defence Services… As a Reprographic Operator , you will be responsible for providing high quality and efficient Reprographics services at TidNBul.
This includes carrying out reprographics tasks in the most time and cost-efficient method possible.
You will also be required to carry out the following finishing tasks by hand or machine: Booklets, folding, comb binding, drilling, guillotining, padding, laminating and any other tasks as required.
Ideally, you should have full working knowledge of all reprographics machinery on site, with the ability to use the network facility, and online setting of machines for jobs provided in electronic format.
However, full training will be given to the right applicant.
You should also be an excellent communicator, with experience working in a customer-facing operation, a team player with the ability to also work on your own and able to act in a professional manner with absolute discretion.
You should be the kind of person that starts to think of the solutions before others even see the problems and must be able to stay focused and work in a safe manner in accordance with legislation and the company's 'Safety First' value.
You'll be working as part of the wider Reprographics team, which means you should be able to support in times of absence, but you will always have full contact and support from your supervisor whose sole aim is to provide you with everything you need to be great at your job.
This may require you to drive between Tidworth and Bulford at times to support colleagues.
And you'll also get access to continued training to help further develop your skills, so that when you're ready to move your career to the next level, you'll be prepared.

You must have English Language GCSE qualifications or its equivalent, as well as operating knowledge of Microsoft applications.
And though not essential, it would be desirable to have a recognised qualification for reprographics or at least 2 years' experience working in an environment with high volume repro output.
Location: Tidworth and Bulford Salary: up to £23,900 depending on experience Please note: Our garrisons are tobacco free working environments.
