Working in the global business steering team, this role is responsible for the development of global and regional Ownership Services reporting, supporting long term customer retention and loyalty to ensure parts, accessories and profit targets are achieved.
Key Accountabilities: The development of accurate internal business steering reports.
Developing and implementing accurate central, regional and dealer business reporting to monitor target performance.
The formulation of ad-hoc business reporting to identify new areas of potential.
Automating existing reporting where possible using BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, AWS, CDH, QuickSight, Salesforce, SAP, MS Excel & PowerPoint) End to end management of dealer quality benchmark reporting.
Supporting the operational running of customer retention programmes, including pilot programmes.
Maintaining the accuracy and supports development of the Ownership Services Recommendation Engine.
Distribution of Ownership Services bulletins to the global dealer network.
What we're looking for A motor vehicle industry recognised qualification in business management or aftersales experience within the motor industry A minimum of 2-3 years automotive industry experience or dealer network experience Detailed knowledge and experience of the automotive aftersales business Comprehensive understanding of the dealer network commercial aftersales business functions Advanced Microsoft Office skills Working knowledge of BI Platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, SAP, AWS.
Strong communication skills, able to sustain relationships in different regions and time zones.
Understand the legal, social, cultural and linguistic differences of global markets and be able to act accordingly.
The ability to be assertive and think clearly and accurately when under pressure.
A high level of self-motivation, flexibility and the confidence to work autonomously.
