Works include redecs, cyclical, planned, kitchen & bathrooms, windows & doors, fire door installs, electrical fire alarm installs, external painting, flat roofing projects.
Location:Isle Of Wight Responsibilities: Supervise daily contract operations, collaborating with clients, residents, DLO, and subcontractors Ensure subcontractor compliance with timely, high-quality work aligned with contract KPIs Monthly team meetings for target reviews and improvement discussions.
