Repairs & Maintenance Surveyor

Job Description A client of mine who is a Leading Domestic Landlord providing Social Housing , Shared Ownership and Private tenanted homes is in an exciting period of change is looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Surveyor to join their Property Services Team in their Dorset region.
You will be required to be in the office daily for the first 6 months, the office location is Blandford Forum.
The role As a Maintenance Surveyor you will be reporting into the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the investigation, identification, diagnosis and problem solving of day to Property Maintenance issues within residential Homes, raised either internally or by our customers.
You'll own the day to day technical support for your Region allowing their in house trades delivery teams and external contractors to carry works required at first visit.
