As a fresh and forward-focused social housing provider, we prioritise tenant safety, sustainability, and smart property investment.In our Repairs Co-ordinator role, you'll play a crucial role in assisting the Repairs team to oversee our responsive and void repairs service, ultimately ensuring that our homes are maintained to the highest standard.
Location: Hybrid, minimum of 1 day p/week in our Boston office Salary: Up to £32,226.56 per annum Contract: Permanent?Your week: 36.25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9am – 5.15pm, with a 1-hour lunch)?Snapshot of your roleThis is what your day will look like as our Repairs Co-ordinator:Completing post-inspections of our repairs to ensure they're completed to the highest standard. Liaising with our contractors around variations of work orders and any cancellations of planned work.Respond to permission requests from our customers whereby they want to make home improvements.Help to co-ordinate and plan in work for some of our Surveyors, ensuring that inspections are booked in and any administrative work is completed.Communicate with our customers to keep them informed of works and support any comments or concerns.Monitor closed complaints and commitments on our dashboard to ensure full completion.
