Job DescriptionRaytheon UK, on behalf of Javelin UK Ltd is searching for a dedicated and enthusiastic United Kingdom Repair Facility (UKRF) Deputy Manager for their repair facility in South Marston, Swindon, Wiltshire.
Javelin UK Ltd is contracted by the Javelin Joint Venture (JJV) in the US, to provide Life Cycle Customer Support for the Javelin Weapon System hardware delivered to the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence.
This involves the receipt, repair and return of the equipment back to the customer within the contractual turn-around time.
As the Deputy UKRF Manager, you will join a small team that has full responsibility for the Swindon site, aspects of which include Facility Management, Security, EH&S, Customs Compliance and IM/EX Licensing and Certification, Finance & Procurement, Inventory Management, Repair of Javelin hardware, Customer Liaison and PDS Secretary duties.

Experience communicating metrics and trends to management and leadership.
Customer facing experience.
Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Powerpoint Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills requiring minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently Good communication skills (written/verbal) with an aptitude for conveying complex technical information to a wide variety of audiences Demonstrated ability to effectively lead projects.
