Rent Collection Officer

Leathermarket JMB are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our Resident Services Team to support the collection of rent charges and arrears.
Working as an integral part of the team, you will be responsible for the management of complex tenancy cases, negotiating payment plans and deciding on which cases legal action will be taken against.
Duties will include income collection, attending court hearings, providing debt advice and signposting and referring tenants for additional support as required.
