In this role, you will oversee ASHP and gas boiler installations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and operational efficiency while delivering exceptional customer service.
This position is both office (Reading) and site-based, requiring travel along the M3/M4 corridor to attend various project sites.

Site Operations: Manage on-site teams, including engineers and installers, for smooth project execution.
Health & Safety: Ensure all installations comply with regulations and safety standards.
Team Management: Guide and support installation teams throughout project handovers.
Coordination: Manage daily operations, site assessments, and material ordering.
Data Analysis: Use data to identify trends and improve processes.
Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service and address any technical queries.
Growth Initiatives: Help expand ASHP services and enhance gas boiler efficiency.
Technical Oversight: Oversee installation from start to finish, providing technical support.
Renewables Manager Requirements Strong technical expertise in ASHP and gas boilers.
Proficient in project management software.
Experience managing installation teams with a focus on safety and quality.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Excellent communication skills.
