Strong background and understanding of Salesforce Experience leading and line-managing a team of 5-10 Salesforce developers Passionate about creating impact through empowering others and believe in supportive and humble leadership.
A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time.
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
