Remote Service Desk Engineer

Details of the offer

Job Title: Service Desk Engineer (12 month fixed term contract) Location: Bath Handling support tickets, resolving user issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of computer systems, software, and hardware.
Serve as the first point of contact for remote technical issues.
Provide quick and effective technical support to minimise user disruptions.
MS Office 365, Office 2016, Office 2010, SharePoint 25 days annual leave ~ Cycle to Work scheme ~ Onsite Parking
