Remote Customer Service Advisor Location: Fully Remote (Work from Anywhere) Salary: £35,000 per annum Hours: Full-Time (Flexible Hours) About Us: We are a forward-thinking company dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities: - Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media, ensuring a timely, friendly, and helpful response.
- Problem Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot customer issues, providing efficient solutions and escalating cases when needed.
- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and anticipate their needs.
- Feedback Loop: Document and relay customer feedback to relevant departments, contributing to product improvements and customer satisfaction.
- Case Management: Manage and prioritize your case load, keeping track of ongoing cases and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in training sessions, keep up-to-date with industry standards, and help improve team processes.
Qualifications: - Experience: Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using customer support software (such as Zendesk or Freshdesk) and basic familiarity with CRM systems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to stay calm under pressure and think creatively to resolve issues.
- Adaptability: Capable of working independently, managing time effectively, and adapting to different time zones as required.
- Empathy and Patience: A genuine desire to help customers and a patient, empathetic approach to handling inquiries and complaints.
