Your new companyOur client is a reputable claimant firm with offices nationwide.
They are currently recruiting a Clinical Negligence Lawyer with 0-4 years PQE to join their Manchester office.
This is primarily a remote working role with the occasional requirement to attend the office for training twice a year.Your new roleThis Clinical Negligence Lawyer role will see you handle your own caseload of clinical negligence cases from inception to trial.
Claims will be a mix of litigated and pre-litigated and of fast and multi-track nature.
You will also assist senior team members with more complex, higher-value clinical negligence cases.What you'll need to succeedYou must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 0-4 years PQE.
Previous experience assisting on clinical negligence matters is essential.
