We are seeking a dedicated Religious Education Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Oldham with an immediate or January 2025 start.
Role Overview: Full-time RE teaching position.
Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons to Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Encourage students to explore and understand diverse religious beliefs and ethical issues.
Create an inclusive classroom environment, promoting respect and tolerance.
Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback.
Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Experience teaching Religious Education at the secondary level.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
A passion for promoting the importance of religious understanding in today's world.
A valid DBS (or willingness to apply).
