Join us as Reliability Engineer in our Bristol plant.
Reporting directly to the Reliability Manager , you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability of critical assets and contributing to the overall maintenance strategy.
What youll do: Manage the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) program, oil analysis, and lubrication maintenance plans.
Oversee all CBM activities, including Vibration Analysis, Thermography surveys, Ultrasound surveys, and other condition monitoring inspections as required by the team.
Create new Preventative Maintenance (PM) routines aligned with equipment criticality analysis (FMEA) and review existing PM routines.
Be responsible for all lubrication PM routines and oil sampling, working with the maintenance team to create necessary PMs and collaborating with the production team to advance the Technical Operator programme.
Collect and analyse data for critical components, producing statistical reports to identify potential issues within the asset portfolio.
Collaborate with the Maintenance Planning Team to ensure optimal decisions are made for site-critical assets during maintenance days.
Act as a key stakeholder in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) meetings, taking a lead role in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and reliability hazard analysis.
Document project aspects and provide regular progress reports What youll bring: Engineering degree.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing and engineering principles.
Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Proven experience in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) maintenance environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential failures in a timely manner.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
