The goal is to build a compelling reliability case while balancing time and cost constraints.
This role requires a pragmatic approach and a strong understanding that reliability is driven by sound engineering practices, not just by meeting numerical targets, ensuring compliance, or satisfying customers.
A variety of techniques and methods will be employed to deliver the most cost-effective evidence of reliability.
In addition to working on core engineering projects, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to internally funded research initiatives, allowing you to showcase your expertise.

What we are looking for: Strong knowledge of complex electronic systems and the reliability challenges they present (candidates with expertise in other engineering disciplines may also be considered if they possess the right strengths).
Proven ability to produce Reliability Case Reports and supporting documentation (such as FMECA, reliability predictions, etc.).
Experience with modern reliability prediction methods, like FIDES, is a plus.
A clear understanding that reliability goes beyond just numbers, with hands-on experience in reliability planning, analysis, and testing throughout development.
Solid understanding of the relationship between the reliability life-cycle and system engineering processes.
A proven track record as an effective team player, with strong interpersonal and influencing skills, and the ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary and multi-national teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ideally degree-qualified or with equivalent experience.
