Relationship Officer

Job Role Drive business development and networking to onboard new customers.
Increase lending and branch growth, especially in Mortgages (BTL & CRE).
Promote branch services including liability products, Lockers, FX, and Remittance.
Build new business accounts and contribute to branch sales activities.
Job Responsibilities Boost asset sales (BTL & CRE) through targeted new business and cross-selling.
Build and maintain banking relationships via referrals, networking, and corporate links.
Deliver exceptional service to brokers/customers, encouraging business placements.
Participate in branch business events.
Retain existing clients and maintain effective communication with management.
Competencies Experience in promoting lending products, particularly BTL & CRE.
Strong knowledge of the UK mortgage market, especially BTL/CRE.
Proven networking, influencing, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel; CeMAP or similar qualification is advantageous.
